Birch Polypore, Turkey Tail and Shiitake mushrooms are rich in antioxidants and contain immune system supporting chemicals and nutrients. All three are especially beneficial for digestive wellness. Birch Polypore aids in gastrointestinal balance by providing prebiotics and reinforcing gut microbiome. Turkey Tail, also rich in nutrients like polysaccharides and prebiotics essential for maintaining a healthy gut microbiome, also may also be beneficial for individuals with leaky gut syndrome, a condition in which the lining of the gut becomes permeable, allowing harmful substances to leak into the bloodstream.
